To request the BCH, simply e-mail support@qoinpro.com with "BCH procedure <username>" in the subject line.
We will then credit your BCH and after that you can withdraw both the BTC and BCH again within 24-72 hours (the process is partly manual).

There was a problem generating receive addresses for PPC and deposits and withdrawals weren't processed automatically. Both these issues have been fixed. |
Coins now increase daily (starting today)
Starting today, the daily amount of coins you receive will increase. Every day, we will increase a certain coin by a certain amount. For example BCH increased by 6.14% today (not kidding), the increase is permanent and effective immidiately (only applies if the relevant coin is unlocked of course). |
